2009:

Where has the year gone, I cant believe it is already april. We have had many things happen since January.

First of all, Jason and his sister have joined this program called the biggest winner and they are doing quite well at it. I am very proud of them and their progress. So far Jason and I have lost about 40 pounds since the beginning of march.

Secondly, our roommate has moved out of the house and has moved down to georgia with his mom. He finally said goodbye at the end of March. We have had the house all to our selfs, which is alright. And below is our latest picture of the progress we have made.
Our little kitty that we got almost two years ago has been doing well, and loving the extra room. She still acts like a kitten sometimes but we wouldnt trade her for the world.

Anniversary:

This past Wednesday was our 3 year anniversary. We decided to take a vacation to Vegas for my first time. I had alot of fun and did a lot of walking. I saw so much that i need to go back for another trip to see some more that I didnt get to see this time. Below is some pictures that I took while over there.
We had an awesome time over there. His dad was wonderful tour guide to help us walk every where. I have more pictures that i will be putting up a little later.

Miracles:

I must say that if you believe in God, he does make miracles. I must confess that I have been praying every night for the same thing for almost two weeks. As all of you know, my husband lost his wallet at Walmart about two weeks ago.

Well, I was on my way home yesterday and I went to pick up our mail from the mailbox like I normally do and then I drove down to a closer parking spot by our apartment, I was on my way up the stairs and I looked at my front door, I said:there is a yellow envelope at the front door and I thought what is that? I havent seen that there when I left this morning, I opened up the package and low and behold it was my husband's wallet inside. Nonetheless, we lost the $300 dollars that was inside but everything else credit cards, debit card, and his ID was still in the wallet.

I was very pleased that someone still returned the wallet and that there are still nice and honest people out there in the world who care enough to return what is not theres. I want to thank God right now for making me believe that miracles still happen and putting my faith in him again. I was beginning to wonder if we would ever find it again.

Well, we have made it to October finally. This month is going to be fun for Jason and I. Three years ago on October 22nd, 2005 Jason and I tied the knot. We have been together for 5 years all together. We have had an awesome time being together so far and many more adventures to come along the way.

In the next couple of weeks our roommate is finally saying good bye to his old life and starting a new one in California. Missy my little spoiled cat is turning the big ONE years old. And Jason and I are going to moving around house to have more space. And last but not least celebrating our three year anniversary. Normally, we go out of town for our anniversary but we have decided to take this time and move stuff around in our home.

losing something important:

You ever lose something very important to you? well, this last week we lost my husband's wallet. how we lost it, i have no idea. with the world the way it is today, i hope no one took it and decided to go on a shopping spree. I hope that whatever person that found it will send it to us in the mail. we pray to god that there are still nice people out there that care enough to return something that they find to the right owners......

Kitten:
Our kitten is no longer a kitten. Her birthday is coming up and I am excited and sad all at the same time. I love kittens but she is no longer a kitten. I have seen her grow up since she was two months old. I cant believe that i have had her almost a whole year. Jason at first didnt want a cat but he has called her "his cat" now. I know he loves her alot and I know that if I went on vacation or something happened to me I know she would be in good hands. She likes to follow me around the house whenever I get up in the morning. When she was about 4 months old I taught my cat how to fetch a ball. See, I throw the ball that makes noise down the hall and she goes to get it and will bring it back to me. Jason thought that I was treating her like a dog but she really loves it. When she is sleeping and sees me get up to go to the computer (even if i am really quiet) she will get up from her nap and come over where i am and bring her ball. She is the best thing that has happened to Jason and I.

The Initial shock......
Now, that I have gotten over the shock of getting the news that our roommate is leaving at the beginning of October. I am ready to move things into his room and make it my computer/tv room.

Personally, I think it will be a little scary at first knowing that the extra money wont be coming in but after about a month or so it will be awesome to have the extra space and extra room to do anything with. I do like Correy as our roommate but I believe that it is time for Jason and I to enjoy each other and our own home together.

Plans, is what I have for that second bedroom. First of all, I am going to vaccum the floor, wash the window, then I will be putting in my computer desk(computer of course) and our hugh 85 pound Love Sac (Bean Bag). Yes, I said that right and your reading it right. For Jason's birthday I bought him this hugh thing and low and behold our cat has taken it over(which personally I find just hilarious).
